“Nearly one month after her single “Mermaid”, Greek-Danish artist Danai Nielsen returns with a new song, inspired by the same experiential honesty that we met in her previous work. Every single comes with a music video, as a whole piece of art, focusing in social matters and personal relationships. While ‘Mermaid’ raised the very serious issue of female trafficking, ‘Lion Zion’ talks to us about the “jungle” we face every day, both inside and around us. Lion Zion is a piano based storytelling ballad, about the challenges we face through life’s wanders, in search of our highest true self and our one unique purpose.”
