Born in Thessaloniki, Fotis Siotas has recorded on more than one hundred albums as a violinist, singer and orchestrator. His involvement with music began at age six with the Ayia Triada Children’s Choir. He began studying violin and singing at nine at the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki. Siotas was a member of many local bands, such as Podilates, Boomstate and Evi Evan. In 1993 he began collaborating with Sokratis Malamas and Thanasis Papakonstantinou on recordings and as a live performer. Siotas has worked with Giannis Aggelakas and Oi Episkeptes, collaborates with the guitarist-producer, Babis Papadopoulos and performs with Pavlos Pavlidis. Read More
